October 10, 2015. 11:00 am - 3:00 pm at the 4-H Children's Garden.
Children of all ages are welcome at this free event.
Children are encouraged to bring a favorite teddy bear or stuffed animal for a check-up at the Teddy Bear Hospital, a mock clinic staffed by physicians and students from MSU’s health colleges. The annual event was created to help children overcome the fear of “going to the doctor” in a fun, safe environment.
Presented by Network for Health Kids, admission to the annual Teddy Bear Picnic is FREE for everyone. The fun-filled event includes a Teddy Bear Hospital, helmet fittings, shooting baskets with MSU Women's Basketball Team, drills with MSU Women's Soccer Team, face painting, balloon animals, relay races, a visit from Sparty and much more.
