This program is available to high achieving students currently in grades 9 - 12.
MSU's Gifted and Talented Education Programs offers the High Achievers program, a set of honors-level, credit-bearing university courses for high school students. Courses for summer 2013 include Introductory Psychology, The World of Media, Biotechnology, Acting I, Special Topics in Art History, Understanding Media, Introduction to Philosophy and Introduction to Microeconomics. Courses will be taught by top MSU faculty who are widely respected teachers and researchers in their respective fields, and students will use MSU's advanced learning technologies in their coursework. There is residential option for students living outside commuter range of campus.
