This workshop is for current high school students interested in exploring athletic training knowledge and/or other allied health care fields.
This workshop consists of interactive lectures and laboratory sessions incorporating an aggressive and individual teaching environment. Objectives will include introductory information emphasizing anatomy, injury recognition, initial treatment plans, taping and wrapping, emergency planning, general reconditioning ideas, record keeping, and exposure to the athletic training profession. MSU will offer an innovative, personal, and open sharing environment for learning and knowledge gathering.
There is a residential and commuter option.
