July 8 - 13, 2018. Applications due June 18, 2018.
This is a co-ed program open to both U.S. and International students entering 11th & 12th grade in Fall 2018 - Only 20 spots available.
This summer program was developed by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Lincoln Laboratory and it presents a great opportunity to prospective engineering students interested in the field of radars and signal processing. Throughout this two week program, students will work in groups to build their own radar systems by utilizing the concepts learned in short lectures, demonstrations and lab tours. Instructors from MIT and Michigan State University will focus on topics such as radar development, radio waves and ranging, radar range equations, and radar signal modeling. Presentations from different branches of MSU are also a part of this great program.
