Registration fee includes continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshments.

Refund Policy

If after you register your plans change and you cannot attend the conference, you have two options:

  1. Send a substitute. Make sure your organization does not miss out on the valuable learning experience you had planned. You may substitute a colleague at any time with no charge or penalty; but please notify Julie Crowgey by email at or fax us at (517) 432- 9541 to ensure a name tag is made for your replacement. If you choose to fax us, please indicate to the attention of Julie Crowgey.
  2. Ask for a refund. You may cancel your registration and get a refund without penalty if you let us know of your change in plans no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, October 5, 2012. This will allow us to make adjustments in our materials and meal guarantees. Participants who cancel after 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, October 5 will be subject to a $30.00 cancellation service charge. Please put your request in writing (fax and email are acceptable). For any cancellations, you must contact Julie Crowgey directly.

Those who register and simply do not attend the conference will be liable for the entire fee. Paid registrants who do not show and do not call will not be eligible for a refund.
