Although we are not able to offer any in-person visit options at this time, there are still many ways for students to connect with MSU online. Here are different types of virtual events you can explore as a prospective student!
Freshman prospective programs
Most students start by attending a prospective freshman program for a virtual tour of MSU's campus, as well as an overview of the admissions process and the university as a whole. This program is geared toward ninth- to 11th-grade students.
International freshman prospective programs
This virtual prospective freshman program is designed specifically for international students who are considering attending MSU. You’ll hear a short presentation from an international admissions counselor about MSU and our admissions process, followed by a question-and-answer session.
Virtual student panels
This virtual program gives prospective freshmen the opportunity to chat directly with current MSU undergraduate students. Learn about Spartan life, academic expectations and campus resources every Wednesday at 5 p.m. ET.
Self-guided campus tours
While we are unable to host campus tours at this time, we know that some families may want to explore campus independently. You and your guests are welcome to undertake a self-guided tour during this time frame.
